Use Link (under feature Request) then * 0to activate Speed Dial.

For restricting Local and Long Distance I suggest you build a new Filter and assign the restricted digits you want and assign that filter to the set.

Under Speed Dial programming set By Pass Restrictions =YES

I believe theres a filter code somewhere, because some C3060's can do it and others cant.

When its listed as Bypass Rest. = Y does that mean all phones can use that one? or just the phones i specify the filter on?

It applies to all sets that are restricted.

At home I programmed my 3060 as Prime Line- Intercom and used Restiction Filter 01.
I progammed speed dial code 012 as 1-705-555-5555 and told it to use Pool Code 92 and bypass restriction and it works fine.
My next question would be did you tell it what measure of dialing out would be? i.e. Pool or Routing code??
