We just installed a Lineside T1 in our 81C. The problem is that it only supports Loop or Ground start and the vendors equipment only supports wink or immediate start. Is there a way I can convert the signaling to immediate or wink? Thanks for any help

I don't know what a "Lineside" T1 is, but why wouldn't you connect the T1 to a digital trunk card?

Lineside as it applies here is "station side"

I've used it for off premise extensions, instead of up to 24 copper OPX loops you can use T1 and "lineside T1" from the PBX.

sorry irishhooligan didn't address your question. Only thing that comes to mind is check with Adtran they build several sort of converter things. I once used a Definity to convert ground start lines to loop start to work on a customer new shiny Norstar while we waited on a PRI delivery. So anything is possible.

All else fails make the other guy convert or upgrade to meet your specs!!!!
