Does the M824X support caller ID as standard? Is it available as an additional card or anything?
I'm quite new to all of this, so sorry!
Many thanks
Alex

Unfamiliar with the 824x as it was just 824 stateside. If it is the same architechture then it will require a caller ID module from Nortel. Long discontinued I'm sure. I seem to remember it supported 8 loop start lines.

I think the module you need is called a "Call Identification Interface (CII). M8 is the one required for the KSU 8-24 There is a M6 for the 616 KSU. You might be able to find one on ebay. Or wait until you get a newer KSU. You also require a spare station port to connect it to.
