A current customer wants to upgrade from 6 POTS lines to a PRI on his BCM. I have no knowledge of the BCM but I am really familiar with MICS 4,5,6.1 software. What would it take for me to know for the install? I'd like to get a set of docs, but this site doesn't have anything.

i've programmed a pri on a bcm but once you get into programming it seem pretty much the same.
