please help with the zero out destination per individual exts. not quite sure how to do this. I dont want to use the general mailbox.

Im working with a CP100 CICS 6.1. Also is it possible to zero out to a hunt group.

The zero out option can be changed per extension, it's changed within the actual mailbox. As for "zeroing" out to a hunt group, I've never tried it but I don't see why it wouldn't work give it a try and let me know how it goes.

All users can change their "0" out to whatever ext they want. Open mailbox; select admin; opt 5 "target ext". enter whatever ext thay want. I use hunt groups all the time. This is done in the operator section; F982. The user "0" out over rides the F982.
