I have a customer that bought a building and it already had a Nortel 824 in it. He asked me to move it an make sure it worked. It works, but it has a Centrex software cartridge (NT5B29DA) in the RAM Cartridge (NT5B49FA). It has been a long time since I dealt with the software end of a Nortel (like 10 years). What is a standard software cartridge with which to replace the Centrex? Is an NT5B25DA, DB, DC, etc. what I'm looking for? Or something else?
