We've run into a couple of instances where new model CICS w/ CID cards have very low volume on externally call forwarded calls - whether to a cell phone or a land line etc. We're still not sure whether this could be a telco issue or if it's the Norstar's fault. Has any one else experienced this?

Thats a problem when doing trunk to trunk transfers with analog trunks on pretty much any system, not just the Norstar. Not really any way around it short of using Centrex and doing transfers at the CO level.

Which would be a viable solution if there was a way to forward a phone in such a way that it would send a "link" on the line the caller is calling in on.
