I have a pri at my office, when running Norstar remote utilities 10 and connecting to a cics I can not connect, However when using a analog line I can. I have no problems when connecting to a mics. Anyone run into this yet

Have came across the same problem using external modems 14.4 usr. used slow setting
on IRAD and it worked. one system yes, one system no????. Also different modems. 56 v92 usr modem worked on "irad fast" using 19 baud rate "only", this is the only baud it would connect. "PRI or "in house test ata to ata on MICS. one thing is for sure is that it does not happen in the fast rads. Try a faster modem and /or Baud. That sounds Backwards but it worked for us.
