I just need to verify something.
CICS 6.1
5 lines in a hunt group. None going to an DN All need to be answered...Call Center setup..
Programmed lines to Pool A
Access for all sets to pool A (9)
Sets line access for all sets to ring only (calls ring across intercom buttons)
Calls coming in will come across intercom buttons
Calls in hunt will come across open sets intercom buttons.
Calls outbound will be across intercom buttons (9 for outside line..)
OK?
Question? When you place on hold and pick up from another set..do you use pickup button..or would you transfer line to new set and then pick up...
