I am trying to replace a flash 1.7 voicemail with a 1.9, the 1.7 went belly up. When I login instead of getting 'mbox-AA- like I am used to I get ACD-AA-CCR. How do I assign a new mailbox? Please help. Thanks...

Your flash has been key coded for acd operation. If you reintialize the unit, you'll have a choice for acd or vm.
