Hoping someone can help. Have a Norstar Meridian CICS 3 x 8 system. Call Pilot 100 also. Main phone that lines come into is a Meridian M7310. I run a small business and want to start forwarding my business phone to my cell phone after hours. Have no idea how to get it done and can't find the manuals anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hoping to get the forwarding done straight from the handset. If there is another way though, I would be interested in that as well. Thanks so much for your help. Please speak in small words, I'm a noob. ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/wink.gif) K. best bet would be to order call foward from your telco, punch in a code on your first line enter your cell phone number and your done. keep in mind that your voicemail will not answer your lines when you foward your calls

I agree with DMCSALES. The system allows a lot of features including outbound notification, Redirect ring, etc, but for what you are wanting Call FWD from your telco is the way to go. Simple and easy.

i have a similar system. it is very simple to forward everything. first record your company greeting to play when you want calls to forward, then create the CCR to use complete with all the menu prompts, set the designated greeting table to use the specified times and CCR table you created and make sure you have outbound enabled, in the ccr profile, have the selection set to transfer and then the one problem with callpilot, i have version 2 of the software and it takes almost 50 seconds to hang up the line when transferring to an outside line. <font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by drmcgahey: Hoping someone can help. If you dont want to pay for cfw from your telco you can do the following.
**XXXXXX services show routing services show destination codes show add here try 8 if it doesnt work try another number. It just means 8 is in use already. Then it will ask you what route you would like to use. 000 is the default and automatically use line pool A therefore you must make sure that 2 or more lines are assigned to line pool A.
When call forwarding you must enter the destination code you entered previous then the number you wish to forward to. IE Press Featrue 4 or cfw key enter 8123-1234, 8 represents your destination code. 123-1234 represents the tel# you want your line forwarded to.
When call forwarding the system will use 2 lines while the call is up.
(Please do not post installer level feature codes in the open forum, if you would like to pass on that information please do so via e-mail or in the installers section)
