I'm trying to install a CICS with a 2 port Flash. The system was sitting in a box for a few years and I think something has happened to the software license. When I look at the version it tells me it's 30NfG00 NAT. It did work with this VM in the past. What can I do to get this working? Feature 983 states that it's inactive when I try to set up flash.
THanks
dave

You may have a couple things going on.

Are you connecting your VM to a port that is activated on the CICS. (ex. You have a x10 cics and you are connecting to port 19.

You also may need to reset your external feature codes. Have you ever done this?

Check to make sure your VM software is seated.

Good Luck

Try feature 9*1 and see if features are active.

It takes about 5 minutes for system to recognize voicemail after power-up.

Good Luck!!

If all else fails, use a BFH.

I think I might have been too impatient. I also did a feature 903 and it's happy now.
Thanks for the help
