At the beginning,all extentions on Norstar can not be heared the dialtone when lift the handset.
So, i restart the norstar system through unplug the power line.It is already about 5 hours,But till now Norstar system still restarting........
i am waiting for your help online!

Take system down to one phone on it.
Try rebooting again.
If it keeps recycling after that you could have a faulty cabinet, and it needs to be repaired.

If all else fails, use a BFH.
