I recently installed a new voicemail system, and everything is perfect, but one small detail. When someone dials outside of the office, they can get the voicemail easily. But when I dial and officemate, his voicemail does not pick up. The problem is that I do not know what to change the Forward on Noanswr to.

Our new voicemail plugs directly into the KSU via Fiber, our old voicemail plugged into one of the blocks like a telephone.

Any help, I would greatly appreciate it!

I figured it out. I did a feature 9*1, then looked at the features, forwarded my line directly to voicemail, and it showed the extension. I just have to reprogram EVERY set now :P later fellaz
