On a CICS or MICS with flash or call pilot, how can a inbound caller who gets the auto call attendant automatically get transfered to a cell number???
Thanks

You could set up a Tree in the CCR with one of the paths being a transfer point to an external # (The cell #)

Originally posted by B Cannon: Where can I foind more information on the transfer link??? Your best bet would be in the "Setup and Operation Guide" that came with the Flash (or on the CD, in the case of CallPilot). There is a section on CCR that describes each type of routing point. "Transfer Point" is what you need, just as clanier has stated.
