On a CICS or MICS with flash or call pilot, how can a inbound caller who gets the auto call attendant automatically get transfered to a cell number???

Thanks

You could set up a Tree in the CCR with one of the paths being a transfer point to an external # (The cell #)

Your best bet would be in the "Setup and Operation Guide" that came with the Flash (or on the CD, in the case of CallPilot). There is a section on CCR that describes each type of routing point. "Transfer Point" is what you need, just as clanier has stated.

Good Luck!
