thanks for all your in advance. I an tring to set upa mail box to dial a cell phone when a message is left. However the system only has a PRI and no potts lines. I have set up out bound transfer and selected pool one for dialing out on a test box. i have set the test box to call my cell phone and have notbeen notofied.

in call pilot change the choice to route instead of pool. Route is required if you have PRI.
When all else fails, Give someone else a try!
