I need to remove 2 inactive lines from the memory buttons, as I cannot program features over the lines. Also how do I activate the speakerphone handsfree feature on this phone. I am somewhat familiar with the config area of the programming. Could someone give me step by step instructions. Thanks.

Removing your lines will be in System Program, Line Assignment.
Making your speaker work is under General Admin, Capabilities, Set Abilities. Make sure HF Answer is set to "Yes" and HF Anser Back is set to "Yes".
