Hi, First time user. Thanks in advance. I have installed key codes to enable call center reporting on CP150 and installed Master Client on customer server. When I try to upload skillsets, lines or agents, I get could not connect to callpilot, make sure that the RDB Server is running. The RDB Server is running. Not sure what to do next. Any help would be much appreciated!

Found out my problem. I have an upgraded 3.o CallPilot but only have 2.1 docs and software. Very different I guess. 2.1 software will not work on a 3.0 CP. They also recomend that you use a standalone server with nothing on it for the Master Client. Thanks!
