Now that I have added a couple of people to my CCR tree, I cannot get my greeting to play correctly. It is supposed to pick up and say "Thank you for calling...." Then it goes to the CCR tree greeting 0 which lists the company directory. Instead what it is doing is picking up with the "Thank you for calling....." and then it is just silence until the automated voice comes on saying one moment please and it rings you back through. How do I get my company directory to play properly?

Make sure you record the "Company Directory" in path 0 of the CCR tree you're using. Also make sure the tree is disabled in the AA when you do this.

Both of these have been done. The message it plays instead of the company directory is what is recorded under where it says AA menu prompt N. So you go into AA then table and table 1 and then it comes up iwth the menu prompt. If I turn it on that is when the automated voice tells you to type in the name in the company directory but I don't want that. And when I put it on no it will play the message recorded there but that is not what I want either. I just want it to do what it used to when it played the company directory that I have recorded under 0. It is not playing the company directory at all though.

It sounds like your CCR tree is not enabled. This may relate to the other question you asked.

Ok I figured out it was not enabled because you do have to type in the tree number to enable it. That is different than what I was told previously by our rep. But I got it to work now. Thanks.
