A new potential customer just asked me to take a look at there opt 11 with meridian mail the MMail seems to be password protected. Not asking for the password, is there a member of this board that can change it, (For a fee of coarse) or do I have to go through Nortel?

How did you get into the Option 11? It must've had a password as well.
