My Callpilot is playing the after hours greeting during hours. I have it set to the correct time zone, and the manual business open/closed setting is set to open. Does it keep its own clock separate from the MICS? If so, how do I access it? If not, what could be causing this? I couldn't find anything about it in the manuals.

Squeakygeek- I don’t quite understand your role regarding this call pilot. I am guessing you are some end-user who has decided to try and install some system you found on Ebay or the likes? Allow me to say what a bad idea this is. There are a ton of things the manual does not cover. Internet forums are not meant to replace a qualified vendor.
I suggest you find a qualified vendor to properly program your system, and train you in its use.

It won't replace the years of experience that a qualified vendor would have. But, it will provide you with a good foundation, and the ability to find answers in the manuals.
