Customer get's this msg. several times throughout the day: "There are no more DTMF receivers that can be allocated. DTMF receivers are busy, not working properly, or have not been installed. The line requesting a receiver is on port 621. If this alarm occurs frequently, add additional DTMF receivers to the system".... This is from the alarm description. Has anybody ran across this before?

It would help if you would give more details on your system, such as what type of lines you are using/ how many lines/ PRI's, how many sets etc, current hardware config…as much as possible
What the Alarm means is you are out of DTMF facilities inside the MICS. You can increase the amount of DTMF facilities by adding a combo-services cartridge, or just a plain old services cartridge. It just depends how your system is currently configured.
