We have a Venture system with 7 mailboxes. We have not been able to figure out how to transfer a call to a mailbox and cannot seem to find it in the manual. Is this possible? And if so, how is it done?

I believe the venture was a 3 line straight analog system (no KSU) that some CLECS sold as an “alternative” to a true phone system. Any voice mail boxes you have are probably Centrex (off premise.) Most likely the way you transfer is via the flash/link key. For access you probably need to dial a telephone number.

Where is the vendor/ provider who installed it for you?
