I know callpiolet fairly well but have just touched into acd. I have a customer that has a CP100 and ACD. And I hope someone might be able to help me out. He wishes to set up the CP and ACD in such a way: after the initial call-in of 5 rings, It needs to go into a que for 15 secs or so, then a messege, then in que for another 30 secs, then a messege then if not answered drop to a mailbox telling to leave a messege then to disconnect.
If this is even at all possible with the Cp100. Any Suggestions would be helpful.

From my somewhat limited experience with the CP ACD I would think that this will work just like you want it to.

Yes, it seems from the manual that this can be done. But I still do lack the knowledge to do this. Thanks for your input Toner.

I think if you use a computer to do the programming the task will be fairly self explanatory. Just set up the ACD queue, a skillset, a few agents, and put Log In/Out and Not Ready buttons on the phones.

If I remember correctly, it'll force you to build a mailbox for the ACD which the calls will overflow to after a set amount of time in the queue.

No, you can't do that with the CAll Pilot 100. The problem is that the 100 is an either/or device. You can have Call Center or Voice Mail, but not both. You would need to upgrade to the Call Pilot 150 to drop the queue into a mailbox.

So then there would be no way to do this with a CP100 then?
