Can anybody help me to configure the RAD devise in my Nortel phone system

You also will want to go to PASSWORDS - IRAD and set the eight digit password for the IRAD there.

What kind of RAD are we talking about IRAD or external RAD? What do you want to configure. As previously pointed out you need to know the password. You can also specify how many rings before the RAD answers and on the IRAD you can assign it to a specific line of your choice.
