Got a call today from a potential customer...here is the scenerio:
they want me to wire up 28-30 v & d workstations, no big deal...
but they presently have an old 824dr5 system that they want me to temporarily relocate, once again no big whoppee...
eventually they want to network their other 3 offices that have Nortel systems, they had mentioned the BCM stuff which is way out of my league....I would like to keep my grips on this customerm does anbody out there in my area of NJ have any experience in the BCM or can they do this with the Norstar key systems???

Install the hardware with modems and let BCMGUY do the programming.

If they are in areas that have Nortel Switches provided by the ILEC, they can do 4 digit dialing thru Centrex. If they upgraded to MICS, they could use VoIP gateways to do the networking.
