Hey guys,don't know nortel (we do Avaya).
Have a customer that we do data work for that has an Nortel switch. And they have two bad phones.
Here are some numbers off of the phones, are these model numbers and where could I find two?

The model# of the phones you have is M7208. The part# is NT8B30/03=Blk,35=Ash,93=Grey. These phones are readily available on e-bay for reasonable prices.

While on the topic of repair, does any on know a Canadian base repair company that repairs Meridian Companion 3060's and the Base Charging Units? I have a few at work that require repair, the charging units won't contact the battery. ( I have some that only front charge and some that only back charge )
