I have a MICS with a NVM4.0 for the mail and auto-attendant. I need to change some of the station zero-out destinations.

Is this done within the mail or within the Norstar programming?

Can someone give some details on how to make the change?

Thanks in advance!

Do a F982 and enter the password. You will find an entry for atdt. This is the operator. Default is 221.

The F982 would set the default attendant DN. You can change the individual atdt for a mail box by the user going into their own mail box admin. They can set up their own revert DN.
