hi i am new to the site and just want to know if someone can share on how to build dn's internal extensions on the meridian 61C, when i go to ld 20 and do prt , ludn i do not see any extensions starting on 43 , i have dn's that are started in 41, 42, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48 . These are regular internal extensions seperate from my DID's number.
I know this should be simple . Is this dn's internal extensions be build in ld 15 customer data block?

Is it possible that the whole 43 range is used up? What is your DN length? If you can, copy & paste the LUDN printout here.

i guess the installer did not use the 43 as it was being use before on the other building former hospital owner but now we are totally seperated from them and we should be able to use the 43 as we have no connection to the other building at all. How can i enable back this 43 so we can use it ?

I don't think I'll be able to help you unless you respond to my previous post.

You're right, 43 must be a routing code to reach the other building. The easiest solution would be to continue avoiding the 4300 DN's, but I assume you have a good reason not to do that.

I don't have a ton of experience with these things so I'm not sure I know how to remove the 43 code, but you could start by doing a PRT of the RDB in load 23 (I think) and posting the info here.

LD 20 and print the DNB 43. It will tell if it is a DSC,TSC, or other feature. From that I can tell you how you can use 43. RDB is in LD 21.
