I was playing with the system and noted this:
Sys Version : SP 30BJG06 NAT
What does this mean and what version of MCIS is this?
Using M7324 and Companion 3060's
What features do I have? Does it even have Auto Attendant, and if so where do I find the auto attendant greeting to have customers phone the store get a auto greeting with selections to various departments.

auto attendent is in the voice mail system and not in the mics do you have another module attached to it like a startalk flash,nam the nam is the same size as the mics or maybe you have a call pilot wich is the replacement of the flash
if you have any of these voice mails you can program an auto attendent by the way i heard you guys have snow already
