From the "Have you ever seen this" department:
We installed a new Nortel VoicePilot 150 with Basic Call Center on our upgraded Norstar MCIS switch. All of our customers are able to navigate the auto-attendent, but our two sister companies cannot. They both use the same generation Mitel SX200 phone systems (don't know the specific Mitel system, but can find that out if necessary).
When they connect and enter the extension numbers, they get a "not valid" message. This happens 9 times out of 10, with repeated tries sometimes going through. It happens with either our regular area code and phone number, or the toll free number that points to that number. However, they can connect and dial through the auto-attendent reliably on their cell phones, from their home phones, etc., so we don't believe its the local exchange.
Not sure about the rules on cross-posting here, so I'll wait to post this in the Mitel forum.

Sopunds to me that the Mitel's tone bursts are too short for the CP150. Post this in the MItel forum "How do I lengthen DTMF tone duration"
