Will someone please decipher this software code. It will save me long drive.
SP: 30CPE06 NAT

Are there any known problems with parked calls (F74) being picked up by users using system call hold (F*5XX) on other sets? I have two tennants on the same MICS and they occasionally get each others parked calls.

Your SP: is "MICS 6.1 USA XC"

The second question sounds like 'user error', or a button programmed wrong.

Good Luck!

BCMguy,

Thanks for the decipher.
I agree it is likely a user problem. I decided last night to set the Park codes to "cycle". That should lessen the chance of tennant #1 grabbing tennant #2's calls.
