This question has been asked so many times, but could someone email the admin password for a NAM, and the correct feature code sequence to reset the x102 mailbox?
One of our receptionsists reset the password on that mailbox and doesn't remember what the password is. I tried using F983 and what I thought was the back door password, but it still tells me invalid password...

The process for this is F***, press 9, enter XXXXXXXXXXX, press yes. Hope that helps.
