Have a customer with a CICS and call pilot, we have the attendant set as HG 290 (which rings all phones) and if a call routes to the group and is not answered it routes to the General delivery box 100. Is there a way to have the messages go to anouther phone (221), or can the Gen delivery box be the same as 221? Not sure how to get notified of messages in General Delivery box. Thanks

Under the general delivery mailbox in voice mail, make it's extension 221.

be aware that HG don't follow CFNA/CFB rules.
You can set up a MB for HG 290 and set its ext to 221 or any other DN you want to have a visual message waiting on. to have more than one set show message waiting use alternate MB setting.

It seems as though right now the calls are routing to HG 1=290, and if not answered it is going to the gen delivery mailbox, so if I just change the gen mailbox to 221 instead of 100 (default) it will deliver messages to 221, or do I need to setup like telmarv says?
