I need to do an external transfer from a CCR tree in a call pilot 100. The wrinkle is that I need to do a centrex flash prior to the digits so that telco transfers the line and I don't have to tie up two lines in the system. Is there a way to put a link in prior to the digits?

Try adding a "#" before the outdial number.

should be able to use the Link feature (F71) then number.

F71 does not work in voice mail
