I recently installed an SMDR6 onto my MICS system, and am feeding the output into a PC running a call accounting system, but I have a question...
I'm running a single PRI, enabled with caller ID. Feature 811 displays the caller ID on the stations, but incoming caller ID is not recorded in the SMDR log...
Is there a trick to enable this, or is my 4.1 software in dire need of an upgrade?

As far as I'm aware CLID is not sent to SMDR on any software version. SMDR's main purpose is collect outbound traffic

You should be able to get CLID information on the SMDR report as long as you receive it from the provider. You have to set the SMDR for Norstar CLID format or Norstar All format. I hope that helps.
