????I HAVE CICS 4.0 SOFTWARE IM TRYING TO UPGRADE TO 7.0 WERE I CAN USE THE NEW MOBILITY PHONES.WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO KEEP FROM LOSING ALL PROGRAMING? OR CAN THIS BE DONE???

From reading a bunch of posts, you upgrade to 6.1 and then to 7.0 if you need to keep the programming. Maybe someone can loan you a 6.1 for a couple hours, it is not worth buying it to upgrade.
From the posts there seems to be a series of bugs in 7.0 and not having Norstar as my primary line, I don't know if an updated 7.0 without bugs is available.
There is so little programming in a cics that I would applaud Dan for his suggestion to just default it and be happy doing a few minutes of work. If you have almost no knowledge of programming, hire someone on the board to walk you through it because that is more time than answering easy questions.
