MY CALLER ID IS ONLY SHOWING UP IF I ANSWER THE CALL. I HAVE 7.0 CICS WITH CI CARD . SHOULD THIS SHOW ME THE CALLER INFO BEFORE I ANSWER & IF SO HOW DO I MAKE THIS FEATURE WORK????

Under "terminals & sets" - "telco features" - "caller ID set" has to be turned "on" for each phone.

Remember this feature will only work before answering, if the lines "appear & ring" or "ring only" are on for each set.

And if the line appears on the phone but set to not ring, you can hit F811 then press the line button that is ringing to see caller ID info.

I CHANGED ALL THE PHONE LINES TO APPEAR & RING . VERIFIED THAT ALL SETS HAVE CALLED ID TURNED ON . I WAS THINKING THAT MAYBE MY CALLER ID WAS NOT WORKING BUT IT DOES SEND ME CALLER INFO BUT ONLY AFTER I PICK UP . WHICH DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING CALL ID. IS THERE ANY THING THAT I MIGHT HAVE MISSED???

You mentioned that you have "CALLED ID" turned ON. Make sure you have "CALLER ID SET" set to YES for all lines assigned to all extensions. "Terminals and Sets", "Telco Features", "Feature assign", "Line assign". Hope that helps, Dan
