i was trying to use the link feature on a system. link feature is just like 3 way calling? the thing is im trying to use it as like a off site transfer i guess. customer calls in they want to speak with a rep. off site i press link "the call is put on hold by the system" dial tone is present i call the # then i hit link again and all of us are on the line. if i hang up the call is released.what do i do to keep the other parties on together while i drop off??

To leave two outside parties connected without an inside party requires disconnect supervision from the Central Office, and must be turned on under line programming (Super). If the central office does not support disconnect supervision and you still turn it on, your lines will hang (not release) between the system and the Central Office.
