You need to look at all the extension numbers in your system, Call Park Codes, Destination Codes there can't be any conflictions with these codes. One thing you might think about is using 2 digit codes or you could even delete the Call Park Code if this would be an option.

Try using a 2 digit access code for your line pools. EX: Line pool A 99, B 98 C 97. You will have to retrain people to use them but it works.

Your problem is you are using 2 digit DN's. This causes the system use 40's and 50's to be used as B2 DN's. To avoid your issue always use 3 digit DN's.

Your choice is either use 2 digit pool access codes or change your DN length. If you are using voice mail you will have to reprogram it if you change DN length

I know on a MICS you can create a destination code and route it to your line pool. If the CICS has destination codes you can do what you want there.
