Can anyone tell me how to keep the handset volume at the level you set when you have the handset off the cradle? I have a couple of M7310 sets that when you hangup it resets it self to the default.
Thanks John Keiper

In system programming go to terminals and sets. Under capabilites (I think) change to use set volume.

it depends on software version of your system and rev of the sets. you'll find the receiver volume setting in "system programing" but if your sets are below rev 17 it will always return to default no matter what the receiver volume is set to

10-4 what telemarv said. The option in system programming is "Use sys (or set) volume". But again, if you have older M series phones it can't be helped.
