Hi can anyone tell us how to diable the modem on the MICS? Thank you.

Hello Trish, MICS doesn't have a modem. What seems to be your problem.

It sounds like a RAD might be answering a line...
Do you have a RAD? ATA to a FAX?

Well Marv, I guess I feel pretty stupid, or maybe my tech should as he is the one that posed the question to be put on the site.
MadProfessor, if it does have a RAD he knows how to diable that. I will get a clarification from him and if we still need help, I will come back on. Thanks for replying both of you.
