Hey, guys and gals. I ran into something that isn't a big deal but it's bothering my customer. I just put in the SMDR for a call accounting software. It works great, but there are 4 extensions that show up in the call accounting software as recieving incoming calls, no outbound calls, but these extensions are not assigned to any of the phones or analog devices. If I call these extensions internally I get a busy signal and the display reads busy. If I check under Maintenance in system programming it lists the extensions as a PCID. Can anyone shed some light on what these extensions are?
Thanks in advance.

The only time I have seen PCID is when there is a NAM installed. What type of vmail are they using?
