ok another question how do you change a call pilot 100 set up as voicemail system to a call center aplication, what would be the procedure thanks

someone may correct me if i'm wrong but i beleive you have to purchase liscences for this feature

He could trade some lobsters for the licenses, I don't think they keep too close a track where lobsters are concerned.

you must buy the call centre keycode licence. You must also be running CP100 version 2.1 or higher.

OH SORRY TO SAY THIS SYSTEM WAS RUNNING IN CALL CENTER MODE . IT CRASHED AND I REINITIALIZED AS VOICEMAIL AND PROGRAMMED THE AUTO ATTENDANT AND 3 MAILBOXES , THEN THE CUSTOMER TOLD ME ABOUT HAVING AGENTS BEFORE . SO I TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET IT BACK TO CALL CENTER MODE

Ask the customer if they have the codes they purchased to get call center. If they don't have them a delaer is going to have to retrieve them from the Nortel website.

when i reinstalled program with f 983 #### (edited by telemarv) the options were there i picked voicemail
how can i get call pilot back to that setting

It has been my experience that once the keycodes are installed in the CallPilot, they will remain even if a reinstall is initiated. You might check in the installed options to see what is installed.
