My customer has a Nortel Norstar
Nortel Plus Compact ICS. The software is CICS-RP 6.1FC. It is restricted to 8 stations.
The customer wants to add 3 or more stations.
My tech support company said to upgrade to CICS SIP 7.0.
The upgrade would not take, it just kept the flashing arrows.
Before upgrading I did a F**STARTUP, then loged in and did a reset.
What is wrong and how do I do the upgrade.
Any help is very muck appriciated.

if you installed the 7.0 software and where able to do a startup your software should be good sometimes it can take up to 30 min to boot back up if its still not comming up,then take the cics apart and on the top of the board youll have a battery type size of a nickel, short the 2 pins of it together about 10 seconds that will erase any data from your old software then reboot it with your new software and i'm pretty sure it will come back on
