Does anyone know how to setup the call que on a CP150. I've set up a que and can't figure it out. I have a lady that has a DID for surgery scheduling and calls are starting to pile up to where she needs a que.
Any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!! Korey

Call centre.
You should have received the basic call center keycode with the purchase of a CP150.
CC setup from scratch is beyond the scope of admin programming and this forum, if you need help in it's setup hire someone.

Why is it so difficult to set up a call center?

Hard is a relative term. Personally I find it easy, but I've done a couple dozen of them.

Thanks for the nonsense replies guys - Normally if phone guys can figure out how to setup something on a Nortel, it can't be that hard.

rjkordog, A thought occured to me is you can use a hunt group to que the calls, however there will be no message to say "please hold" other than music on hold.

Telemarv - thanks for the tip.
I've been around techs that work on the bigger Nortel switches for about 9 years. However, I've never worked on Nortel Option "xx" ACD stuff. I have a really good understanding on how ACD's operate from being in the business.
I have spent two days reading CD's and teaching myself how to setup a Call Pilot 150 Basic Call Center. I would agree, they're really easy to setup. (especially with a laptop!) I could probably set one up in well under an hour now.
