Is their a way to recover a lost user name and pass code on the BCM system? A new customer of mine just took over a building with a BCM system. The old tenant and vender are not in the picture any more. The system is a Gray market system.

you may want to contact another vendor to reset this for him,i'm just wondering if he is a new customer of yours,are you a certified nortel installer or just a tech doing stuffv on the side if so nothing wrong with that you might want to get certified or setup a partnership with a firm that is
