Customer called and stated that he can't make local calls on BCM, but can make long distance calls, any ideas.

System has been working fine up until today, they can't receive incoming calls to there location, outside callers get constant busy, they can make 10 digit calls, but no 800 calls.

Is there a change in local calling dial plan? Are local calls now 10 digits?

No like I stated earlier they can call when they dial area code and number, they can't dial 800 numbers, or receive any incoming calls right, could it be the provider.

Providers can omit the 1 requirement for long distance, thus 10 digits.

What software do they have?

Are you familiar with routing tables? If not, I would get a meet immediately with the PRI provider to see that it is coming in or a certified Nortel tech that can work with Nortel Tech support.

The BCM is not something you can duff through.
