Not a whole lot of info on the question, but here goes. If it is a external call coming in and ringing on a phone, each DN (phone) has a configuration. In that you can set the "Forward No Answer" to go to the Voice Mail. The next config parameter says, "After XX rings" and you can change that setting. If that line rings on more than one phone, then whoever has the lowest number of rings config'd will get the call to their V.Mail. If more than one phone has the same number of rings, the system will determine whose mailbox it goes to. (never stopped to test to see if it lowest DN or what). IF the call was transferred to that extension that same parmeter will send the call to voice mail after xx rings. The other scenereo, is an external call comes in and someone answers you can send it to a person's mailbox using F986 plus the extension number and hangup.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
